Frequently asked questions
Is Vectorra Community really free?
Yes. Community is the full free edition — no credit card required, no time limit. A small “Created with Vectorra” attribution stays on PDF footers and shared link pages.
What about AI features?
Community includes a small allowance to try AI Import, Validator, Content Generator, and Help Chat. If you need more, you can connect your own Anthropic API key in Settings — Vectorra removes the limits entirely and you pay Anthropic directly. No markup, no quota from us.
When will Pro be available?
Pro is in active development. It will offer expanded limits, generous AI quotas, and white-label exports. We’ll announce launch details by email — sign up for Community to get on the list.
Do archived itineraries count toward my limit?
No. Only active and draft itineraries count toward your plan limit. You can archive as many itineraries as you want without affecting your quota.
